THE KITCHEN
Our kitchen team in Fuse has created a menu that gives our clients options that are familiar to them while adding our creative modern twist that you would expect from Daytona’s and our restaurant team.
THE STAFF
We have developed menus for any type of party that our guests are looking for but we also invite them to customize a menu based on budgets and needs. Our Executive Chef and his team love the opportunity to work with our clients and create a menu to make their event a success. If this is something that interests you, just ask our catering coordinator and we will make it happen.
THE SPACE
Fuse has a capacity of eighty guests standing in a cocktail reception format, fifty for a seated multi course plated meal. Any of our menus are available to be offered family style as well as buffet style if you choose.
FUSE BAR SERVICE
A full service bar and bartender are available upon request at the time of booking Fuse for your event.
FUSE A LA CARTE
Fuse is also available to rent out for an a la carte event from the restaurant menu.
