OUR CULINARY JOURNEY

As Daytona’s enters its second decade, I would like to express my appreciation to our guests for their continued support. Our culinary journey has taken us from being a bar & grill, to our present day full service restaurant, catering company and the recent additions of our patio and private event space Fuse. The involvement of my family, friends and staff in this growth has been tremendous, and it is greatly appreciated. As we grow, Daytona’s will be continuing to support local. From the farms and artisans who supply us with product, to the hotels like Marriot Towne Place Suites and Holiday Inn Express who use our catering services. We treasure the relationships we have built, and continue to build in our community. On behalf of my family, my management team and my staff, I would like to say thank you for sharing our culinary journey with us, and we hope you continue to support us as we grow.

We have made some adjustments to our menu for the foreseeable future. Some of our menu items have become challenging to order the product for, so we’ve had to make some decisions on what we can offer. Thank you again for your support and understanding!
